Cherry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

This post-workout snack is high in antioxidants, a great source of carbs and protein and contains omega-3 fatty acids, useful for preventing post-workout inflammation. What else do I need to say?!

Minus the time it takes to pit the cherries, it takes no time at all to make.

Here are the deets!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cherries, pitted
  • 1 frozen bananan
  • 1 tbsp RX peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice

Toppings:

  • shredded coconut flakes
  • ground flaxseeed
  • cocoa covered almonds

Directions: Combine ingredients in blend and pulse to desired consistency. Top with ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
